1. SENIORS: The following students need to pick up their graduation items in the office TODAY at noon: Drew Baas, Emma Bodbyl, Rae Brummel, Joel Hop, Stefan Kaiser, Andrew Kaptein, Annaliese Knott, Evan Korhorn, Kayla Kuiper, Gabe Overbeek, and McKenna VanDyke.
2. SENIORS: The following students need to pay their dues: Jon Baas, Logan Decker, Eleanor Duistermars, Leah Dykstra, Dylan Feenstra, Andrew Kaptein, Jonathan Kuiper, Calvin Looyenga, Sabrina Mol, Gabe Overbeek, Devon Ritsema, Haylee Szendre, and Anthony VanOverloop.
3. ROBOTICS COMPETITION: Team 13444B, known as "Geared UP" is geared up and ready to compete at the upcoming VEX U.S. Open Robotics Championship in Council Bluffs, IA, this week Thursday to Saturday. This team earned their place in the competition after emerging victorious at the Hudsonville High School tournament in November. Let's cheer them on as they showcase their talent and dedication at the national level!
4. ROBOTICS TEAM A: Please come by Miss DV’s room at 1st break tomorrow. Wear your shirts!
5. SPRING BREAK SERVICE TRIP: All students going on the service trip should meet in the music room at noon tomorrow.
6. CHAPEL: Chapel will be tomorrow, led by the Sophomore class. We will be on chapel bell schedule.
7. SENIORS AND JUNIORS: If you're the first person in your family attending college, please consider attending an informational session in the library TOMORROW during lunch. The Calvin rep will be here, along with a First Generation Calvin student, speaking specifically about things First Generation students need to know. Topics covered would be faculty advisors, some resources for First Generation students, how to read Financial Aid packages, and Housing/Commuting. All are welcome, especially if you're First Generation, even if you're not going to Calvin.
8. NEW JOB POSTING: Juniors and Seniors, check out the new flyer for Meulenberg Painting on the job board (next to the Guidance Office). They're looking for full time summer help, as well as permanent help. Must be 16 years old.
9. HOT LUNCH: Chick-Fil-A will be served today for $5 per sandwich or nuggets. Cash, credit, or debit will be accepted.
10. ADVANCE NOTICE: 1.) No school this Friday due to our Teacher In-Service Day. 2.) Report Cards will be emailed to parents this Friday.
