1. STUDENT COUNCIL VOTING has begun! Be sure to vote by tonight. Please check your email for instructions on how to vote. Results will be in tomorrow's announcements.

2. ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: Reminder that vending machines are NOT to be used during class periods. Access should only be during lunch or breaks.

3. GIRLS BASKETBALL: NO girls basketball open gym or workouts tonight due to the volleyball game.

4. SCHOOL PICTURES: PICTURE DAY IS FRIDAY! Picture order forms will be distributed to all students in grades 9-11 today during 3rd hour. Any 12th grade student who would like to order school pictures can pick up a form in the office. All forms need to be returned to the photographer on Friday regardless of whether pictures are ordered. Please remember your form! These photos will be used for the school yearbook and for your student ID.

5. CHAPEL: There will be no chapel this week.

6. ATTENTION SENIORS: There is a counseling meeting schedule hanging on the Guidance Office window and in your senior hallway to meet with Mr. Kalsbeek. It's time to start talking about your future goals!

7. Clay Target Team Meeting: The meeting will be held Wednesday, September 3 in room 32 during lunch. All members are invited to this meeting, especially those who were not at the last meeting or want to join.

8. The Young Calvinists will once again be hosting a workshop series at Georgetown PRC based on the topics of Prophet, Priest, and King. As in the past, the night will include singing and a short speech followed by small group breakout discussions. Our first one will be this coming Sunday, September 7, starting at 8:00 pm. We hope to see you there!

9. Apple pickers are needed!! If anyone is available to pick apples after school from 3:30-6:30 and Saturdays from 8-12 that would be helpful. The schedule is flexible, and you don’t have to work every day. Transportation is available to and from CCHS, and you would arrive back at school around 7:00 after work. If you are able and willing to help, please contact Cheri Rutgers (616) 406-5698. Start date is Wednesday, September 3 and picking will last about a month.
